On this website we have gathered information on various accommodation possibilities during the conference. Participants are asked to book their hotel rooms in advance. If you have any problems with booking a room, please let us know (tuija.ainonen@helsinki.fi) and we will try to help you.

The official conference hotel offers the participants rooms at a special price. In order to receive the special price, please book your room through Central Sales Services (contact information below). Please quote the allotment code AUTH when making a booking. Please note that the number of conference guests may exceed the quota of rooms reserved, and that the rooms will be given in the order of booking. The rooms must be booked by September 7th in order to get the discount.
